The homeowner contacted us after discovering that several roof tiles beside the chimney had become damaged and one had fallen from the roof. As it fell, the broken tile also damaged a section of the guttering below.

Our Solution
After carrying out an inspection, we safely accessed the roof and removed the damaged tiles around the chimney. Matching replacement tiles were carefully installed and securely fixed to restore the roof's weatherproof finish.
As the fallen tile had damaged the guttering beneath, we also replaced the affected section of guttering to ensure rainwater could drain away correctly and prevent any further issues.
Before leaving site, we checked the surrounding roof tiles, chimney area and guttering to ensure everything was secure and ready for the incoming bad weather.
